The Slayer form has 8 charisma though, he'll never be able to succeed a DC with that of all things. It says in the Slayer Form description that you're supposed to keep your mental attributes but take the form's physical ones. It doesn't work and you wind up with low stats in all 3. This is clearly a bug.
