At lvl 50 or so, the meat cleaver shreds health bars already, but curious how well that will scale as I level towards the PVP meta. Honestly OP magic builds are only magic builds. You don't need armor or even a weapon after you get the kris blade and clever rats ring. With those and a large mana pool you should be able to take out most enemies easily and bosses with only 2-3 old spice. fatalaric • 6 yr. ago.
