Apr 10, 2023 · I was promised a 200 dollar visa gift card when I got this internet service and when I checked my status it said disqualified because of change in plan. I have never changed my plan and it shows on my statements. This is very disappointing and it feels like a scam especially because other people are having problems. Do better!
