Ensure that your Geeni app runs on the latest version. If updating doesn’t help, uninstall and reinstall the application the connect the Geeni lights. To resolve this issue, restart all your gadgets: the smart bulb, the Wi-Fi router, and your phone. The Geenie app worked fine, although it's kinda stupid/outdated. I have a new phone and a had reset my router since I had to configure my lights. I set up an SSID in my router but it turns out, it was 5GHz, although my router supports 2.4 GHz. I had to go in and set an SSID for 2.4GHz connection that I would recognize. .
