i used to use streamelements bot for follow notifications in conjunction with nightbot for like spam control/custom commands. When i realize i personally didn't really care about getting spammed in chat (because i never really had it set) i switched to Streamlabs Chatbot which also has the elements of Streamelements bot for follow notifications/etc.

I use streamlabs chatbot for its interface, ease of use and functionality. Such as song requests, coins, and betting. I use stream elements overlays due to their quality, IMO. If streamelements would do something like the chat bot I would move to them exclusively. I hate streamlabs software color scheme.
