Jun 11, 2020 · I recently had a small power out while I was playing a game on my pc and after it shut off I got a message on the bios screen “scanning and repairing drive (c:)”. I assumed it was normal based on the situation but now every time I boot I get this message.

Solved. As the title describes, every time I start up my computer on boot my computer reads "press any button to skip disk checking" on startup. When I do not skip it, it "scans and repairs the drive C:" for about 5 seconds then goes to my homescreen where I sign in. I have 2 drives, a standard 2TB SDD, and a Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB.
