A Homer Electric Association outage last Wednesday night that left much of Kenai without power starting around 7:20 p.m. had been resolved by around 9 p.m. HEA said on Facebook at 7:55 p.m. that approximately 2,700 people had their power shut off Wednesday night from what appeared to be an equipment failure at the Marathon substation.
