Justfly basically washed their hands of it and said there was nothing they could do for me. They refused to give me a refund, they refused to let me speak with a manager and then put me on hold for over 1 hour. I have a complaint in to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THEM There are literally THOUSANDS of similar reviews here already, on Justfly and numerous other third party ticket floggers. All of them share one trait - they are absolutely wretched to deal with if things go wrong.
