My fiancee and I visited Hugo's during an 8 day road trip through Texas. We had many great food/drink from "essential" restaurants in Memphis, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Kansas City. Of all of the meals, this was the best one by some margin. It was absolutely delicious and we'll be talking about this experience for a long time.
