I'd say moonveil is still the best int weapon, even though i've found 13 other int scaling weapons, they all for one reason or another lack the dmg potential that the moonlight has. I have on and off used this katana for almost all areas of the game, though now lategame im using it a lot less.It's a really good weapon on a dex/int build. Katanas have a good moveset and unsheathe is already strong. The moonveil's ash of war is basically unsheathe+ since it gets range. its good, not even close to the actually strong weapons but better than most weapons. Definitely still a good weapon.

Yeah did the same thing but switched over to Moonveil+Meteoric Ore Blade. They're a blast for both PvE and PvE, simply way too fast to L1 the shit out anyone who stands in your way. You also still get to use the OP Moonveil sword art. The fang is too slow for my taste, especially for PvP.
