Obsession with death - Like the others commenting, I have also had an obsession with death since I was around 7 years old. I’m now 25. I have the exact same thoughts regarding death and the afterlife, right down to the eventual end of the universe. The only thing that I’ve found to help me feel less anxious is reading about Buddhism, impermanence, and nirvana.
